USA, Canada, Germany and others use a strategy of taking potential players who perform well in junior level, work with them in one place till tertiary level. That is why today you find tertiary students dominating in their national teams. Their players get a chance of succeeding academically and sports wise. This is a privilege as it gives them option B since soccer is a short term career. Do you think that if SA could also implement the same thing in women's soccer it will help us to compete abroad?

  1. Most definitely... Natural talents should be nutured from a young. Most of us emzansi don't get the privillage to come in an evironment that help us guard and sharpen these talents, and it's a real disappointment
