I wonder why the University Sport of South Africa (USSA) soccer league women's side is being dominated by Gauteng does this mean that Gauteng has more talent of the other provinces don't have talent or proper facilities or they lack interest and commitment.

USA, Canada, Germany and others use a strategy of taking potential players who perform well in junior level, work with them in one place till tertiary level. That is why today you find tertiary students dominating in their national teams. Their players get a chance of succeeding academically and sports wise. This is a privilege as it gives them option B since soccer is a short term career. Do you think that if SA could also implement the same thing in women's soccer it will help us to compete abroad?
